Cottage Policies

Check-in process

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. or after
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Our Cottages are self check-in. There is no office. I will not be there personally to meet you at the property upon your arrival. Self entry. Locate the cottage you reserved, park on the cement slab directly in front of the cottage. At the door you will find the digital key pad. Your personal entry code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. You may CALL or TEXT (330) 231-4495 at anytime with any QUESTIONS during your stay.


  • Wireless Internet: The password will be posted in your cottage
  • No daily housekeeping services: Fresh towels after every 3rd night upon request - text (330)231-4495
  • Coffee and cinnamon rolls on the day of arrival: No refills and no continental breakfast

Cancellation policy

  • A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. Your credit card is charged the day of your arrival and you will receive an email receipt.
  • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to avoid a 50.00 charge.
  • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, or shorten your stay, if we can re-book your room(s), you will not be charged. If you need to cancel because of weather conditions we understand.

  • No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted
