Cottage Policies

Check-in process

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. or after
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Our Cottages are self check-in. There is no office. I will not be there personally to meet you at the property upon your arrival. Self entry. Locate the cottage you reserved, park on the cement slab directly in front of the cottage. At the door you will find the digital key pad. Your personal entry code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. You may CALL or TEXT (330) 231-4495 at anytime with any QUESTIONS during your stay.

Cancellation policy

A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. Your credit card is charged the day of your arrival and you will receive an email receipt.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to avoid a 50.00 charge.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, or shorten your stay, if we can re-book your room(s), you will not be charged. If you need to cancel because of weather conditions we understand.

Other amenities

You will need a password to connect to the cottage Internet; it is posted in your cottage. Call me if you have any problems.

Breakfast items are in your cottage when you arrive for you to serve yourself in the morning. It is refilled each day if needed.

We will check your housekeeping needs each day if you are staying more than one night. Please fill out the form left in your cottage.

No pets, No smoking, however smoking is permitted on the outside.
